Message From The Principal

Welcome to the Prescott South Middle School website. Prescott South Middle School aspires to “Empower all Students to Succeed in their World.” We offer a wide variety of challenging, enjoyable and successful curricular opportunities, athletic programs, performing arts & musical programs with various clubs and activities.

At Prescott South Middle School we believe that through strong social emotional support and by providing students with experiences where they can show success, that academics support will prove equally successful. In many cases the middle school experience sets the stage for successes later in life and provides a lifetime of positive memories for our students. We highly encourage your child to become involved and engaged outside of the classroom with the knowledge that those successes will help foster future growth and success.

Prescott South Middle School is proud of our commitment to providing an education that is grounded in the practice of STEM education.

PSMS is proud of our commitment to technology and strive to prepare our students ready for an every changing job market and instill a true sense of digital citizenship. We are constantly striving to stay on the cutting edge of technology providing a more efficient building, increased communication, and most importantly, preparing our students for the fast-paced world they will face.

Please enjoy navigating our website and enjoy your child's middle school experience.

Sincerely,
Trey Upchurch
Principal
