EARLY CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Children will be released to authorized persons only (those persons listed on the emergency card). In case of court orders of custody of a child a copy of the court order should be on file in the school office. Any changes in authorized persons must be made in person with one of the school administrators. Please call to set up an appointment. In any early check-out situation the authorized person must report to the office and sign that student out of school. Authorized persons are not to go into the student's classroom to get him/her. Classroom teachers will not release students from their classrooms unless they are authorized to do so by the office. Parents please send notes with your child in the morning for early check-outs. There will be NO early check-outs after 2:30 PM unless it is an emergency or for a doctor's appointment.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Prescott Central Middle School faculty and staff believe that the students educational experience is most successful when there is a climate of safety and security in the school. There are no weapons of any type allowed on the school property. We also believe that acceptable school conduct by students is built on respect of self, others, and personal property by being positive in all we do, taking pride in our school, being organized and prepared each day, and accepting the consequences of inappropriate actions. We encourage parental involvement and support, which is critical to the ultimate success of the educational experience at Prescott Central.
